How to choose the best diet

Do not blindly believe the reviews of friends and girlfriends when choosing a diet - a diet suitable for them will not help you at all. When choosing the best diet for yourself, first answer a few questions: how long do you want to lose weight and how many pounds do you want to lose, are you ready to constantly prepare a diet meal, or do you not have time to eat 5-6 times a day, do sports?, Which foods you can easily exclude from the diet and which of them will be the most difficult for you to separate, whether you have diseases of the internal organs and other contraindications to the diet. . .
